Group B Job Posts details of SSC CGL Examination:
Group B Job Posts are included in Pay Band 2. i.e Rs.9500-34800/- with Grade Pay of 5400/-, 4800/-, 4600/- and 4200/- depending upon the posts. The post names SSC CGL Group B jobs are as follows:
Group C Job Posts details of SSC CGL Examination:
Group C Job Posts are included in Pay Band 1. i.e Rs.5200-20200/- with Grade Pay of 2800/-, 2400/-, 2000/- and 1900/- depending upon the posts. The post names SSC CGL Group C jobs are as follows:
Group B Job Posts details of SSC CGL Examination:

- Assistant Section Officer: Appointed to work on Central Secretariat Service
- Assistant: Appointed to work on various departments namely Intelligent bureau, Central Vigilance Commission, Ministry of Railway, Ministry of External Affairs, AFHQ, Other ministries/Departments and Organizations
- Inspector of Income tax : Appointed to work in CBDT
- Inspector (Central excise) : Appointed to Work in CBEC
- Inspector (Preventive Officer) : Appointed to Work in CBEC
- Inspector (Examiner) : Appointed to Work in CBEC
- Assistant Enforcement Officer : Appointed to Director of Enforcement Department of Revenue.
- Sub-Inspector: Appointed to CBI
- Inspector of Posts: Appointed to Department Of Posts
- Divisional Account : Appointed to Offices of CAG
- Statistical Investigator Gr-II : Appointed to M/o Statistics & prog.Implementation
- Inspector : Appointed to Central Bureau of Narcotics
- Sub Inspector : Appointed to National Investigation Agency (NIA)
- Assistant Audit Officer(Gazetted) : Appointed to Indian Audit and account Department under CAG
Group C Job Posts details of SSC CGL Examination:
Group C Job Posts are included in Pay Band 1. i.e Rs.5200-20200/- with Grade Pay of 2800/-, 2400/-, 2000/- and 1900/- depending upon the posts. The post names SSC CGL Group C jobs are as follows:
- Auditor : Appointed to offices under C&AG, CGDA, CGA & Others
- Accountant/Junior Accountant: Appointed to offices under C&AG, CGA & Other
- Senior Secretariat Assistant: Appointed to Central government Offices/ministries other than CSCS
- Tax Assistant: Appointed to CBDT and CBEC
- Compiler: Appointed to Registrar general of India
- Sub Inspector : Appointed to Central Bureau of Narcotics.
